Big savings in Ballymena, hi

We don’t usually blow our own trumpet on this blog, but I was driving through Ballymena the other day (rerouted due to roadworks, actually) when I rounded a corner and was hit by this babe.

It’s one of the simplest and, happily, most effective billboard campaigns we’ve done recently. And it’s doubly rewarding that the advertising has been so successful in these tough times.

Of course, it has more impact because we localised the campaign. So Ballymena people are reading about a neighbour making the savings; Enniskillen people ditto, etc, etc.

It’s all about keeping up with the Jones’s. Innit.

We’re all connected, like

We like things simple. And straightforward. And effective.

And here’s a nice example – especially appealing if you’ve got any eco tendencies, which we have in abundance here in Elm House.

Follow the link at the end of the ad and you’ll see how it all makes sense.

Lovely.

New Guy in da House

Today we welcome our new Account Manager, Jeremy Stanley, who joins us from RMG Target in Dublin. We’re especially glad to welcome Jeremy to the House – if only for his passion for cooking and food writing which may shame us into cutting down on all the Pickled Onion crisps and other nasties we get through.
